This is a BEAUTIFUL recipe! After I`ve tried I couldn`t stop thinking “Who still needs mayo in their lives when you can have a super creamy healthy avocado instead?” That`s right! Check the recipe out!
1 tuna can in olive oil (sustainable sourced)
1 ripped organic avocado
1/2 red onion
Sea salt, black pepper, and 1/2 lime to taste
In a salad bowl, cut the avocado in half and remove the pulp both sides, mash it with a fork until it gets creamy. Add the whole tuna can and the onion and mix it gently, I like to leave some avocado and tuna chunks in my salad but you can make it like a proper mash if you prefer just keep mixing.
Finish it with sea salt, black pepper and lime, serve it with some raw spinach for an extra green touch!
