Avocado Chocolate Mousse

This is a Lowcarb Heaven!

After a while after you get rid of sugar completely from life you start appretiating desserts like that when the sweet tooth comes, you can really enjoy the natural flavors of the real foods, it`s amazing!

To make this beauty you`ll need:

1 ripped avocado

1/2 cup of almond milk

2 tbsp of 100% cocoa organic powder

1 tbsp ghee

pinch of Himalaya salt

I would stop here for me, but if you want to make things sweeter you can add:

Stevia, xylitol, honey or dates

Directions:

Cut the avocado in half remove the seed, add the pulp in the blender and keep the skin.

Blend all the ingredients together until it gets creamy, it is very quick! Transfer the mousse to the avocado skin, add chocolate nibbles or crushed nuts on top if you like and leave it in the fridge for a 10 minutes.
