Kale Pesto

It`s always season for kale out there, they usually grown all year around. It is filled with so many nutrients, vitamins, folate and magnesium – it is consider as a SUPERFOOD for your body, so try to include it in your meals as much as possible. I, personally eat this pesto with everything until it`s finished in my fridge šŸ™‚

Let`s try this super easy recipe,

Ingredients

85g pine nut, toasted

85g parmesan (optional)

3 garlic cloves

75ml extra-virgin olive oil, plus extra to serve

85g kale

Juice of 1 lemon

Directions

Put the pine nuts, *Parmesan, garlic, oils, kale and lemon juice in a food processor and whizz to a paste. Season to taste.

Done! Enjoy ā¤
