Nothing better than a refreshing salad in a nice warm summer day! I absolutely love the combinations of the ingredients in this salad, it makes it so taste and full of flavour, just perfect!
Salads are an amazing source of fiber, vitamins and minerals, it helps you bowl move better and make you feel satisfied quicker. Start your dinner with a decent portion of salad before moving to the main dish and you`ll notice you are going to eat much less than what you are used to, we all should include salads in our diet fairly often, make the most of it during the hot months!

1 porton of green salad leaves
1 small red onions, chopped
1/2 can black olives, pitted
1/2 yellow bell pepper, chopped
1/2 red bell pepper, chopped
1 large fresh tomatoes, chopped
1/2 cucumber, chopped
1 wedge crumbled cheese, feta
2 tablespoon of good quality extravirgin olive oil
1 tbsp oregano, fresh or dried
1 tsp, ground pepper, black to taste
1 lemon, juiced
In a large salad bowl, combine the salad leaves, onion, olives, bell peppers, tomatoes, cucumber and feta.
Whisk together the olive oil, oregano, lemon juice and black pepper.
Pour dressing over salad, toss and serve.
Serve as a side dish or a light lunch 🙂
