Michelle supports clients to process their emotions and past traumas, as well as helping them to increase self-awareness by exploring triggers, beliefs and behaviours.
Together we help women completely evolve their relationship with food and body through unique strategies and techniques!
We are both very passionate about empowering women to help them see their strengths and embrace them with grace.
Michelle is Master of Science in Counselling Psychology, trained in Eating Disorders and a certified International Life Coach, BACP Accredited
