I have a dream, I want to make the world a better place!

Starting by encouraging a better food system.

I believe that sustainable food that comes from natural and organic sources, and the are the way to health and well-being. Good and healthy food should be accessible to everyone.
I believe that the way we can change it, is supporting our local farmers and voting with our eating choices, every  time. Demand and supply, you know?

 
The actual food system doesn’t only damage our health with so much chemicals, but it also kills the beautiful planet we live in. We all know how much the food industry pollutes the seas, the soil and the air we breathe. It`s crazy!
I believe that modern nutrition science should`t be only about counting calories or exclude entire food groups from our diets, but instead, it should have a more holistic approach, accepting that we are all different within our very individual needs.

I believe that if we can learn to respect nature, you can also learn to respect ourselves.

Being healthy there is nothing to do with starving yourself or eating tasteless foods. Being healthy means feeling great in your skin, being able to listen to your own natural body signs and have lots of energy throughout the day, every day.

​How important is protein in your diet, do you know? 

Protein is an important component of every cell in the body👌. 
Hair and nails are mostly made of protein💅

Your body needs protein to build and repair tissues, produce enzymes, hormones and other body chemicals. 

Protein is also an important building block of bones, muscles💪, cartilage, skin and blood. Unlike fat and carbohydrates, the body doesn’t store protein and therefore has no reservoir to draw on when it needs a new supply😱.

 Studies goes even further showing how important is protein when comes to the aging process 💁🏼🤶and maintenance of muscle mass for strength and autonomy🏋️. 

That’s why keeping the right protein intake for your body is essential, no more.. Nor less.. Just right and tailor made to your needs. It doesn’t matter if comes from a animal or vegetable source, the body will break down in the same way, just watch the quantities and sources 🤓. 

To find out how much you need, consider your level of physical activity, sex, age, medical history and goals😉. 

Roughly it goes around 0.8 per kg of body weight (minimum) for most people. Are you including enough protein in your diet🙋?
